Jaltest Error DM004

You may be attempting to reinstall or update your Jaltest Diagnostic Software through the Jaltest Download Manager and encounter the following error:

DM004 - Problem connecting to server. Please, check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, please contact the Technical Assistance.

The bad news… you will not be able to download the installation package through the Download Manager. This error is known by Cojali and should be resolved by the release of version 23.3 on November 13th.

The good news… we can help get your Jaltest software installed and updated. Currently you have 2 options!

  1. Contact Jaltest technical support or your distributor for assistance on downloading the installation package through an external link.

  2. If you can, hold off till version 23.3 is released on November 13th.
